Dance with Me

“Dance With Me” is a delightful class designed for toddlers aged 18 months and older, where little ones and their caregivers can bond and explore movement together. Through fun and engaging activities, this class encourages the development of motor skills, rhythm, and coordination in a playful atmosphere. With interactive music and simple dance exercises, toddlers have the opportunity to express themselves creatively while fostering a love for movement and music. It’s a wonderful opportunity for caregivers and toddlers to connect, share joyful moments, and embark on a journey of discovery through dance.

Tutu Cute 2s & Tiny Tot 3s

Our young children’s program is designed to encourage a child’s natural love of dance. Our teachers follow a specific syllabus developed and updated yearly.
During the students early dance training, our qualified staff introduces all movement in a cheerful, supportive, persuasive manner, so that the student can develop a confident self-image.
Children are exposed to many types of rhythms and music. Our music has been thoughtfully and carefully edited to be age appropriate.
In each class a student will experience ballet, artistic dance, rhythm exercises, and funky hip hop moves.

Ballet/Tap

This Ballet & Tap class is an enchanting introduction to the world of dance for young children. This class combines the grace of ballet with the rhythmic fun of tap. Through imaginative exercises and playful routines, dancers will learn basic ballet positions and tap steps while enhancing their coordination, balance, and musicality. With colorful props, engaging music, and gentle guidance from experienced instructors, this class sparks creativity and joy in young dancers as they take their first steps into the magical realm of dance.

Combo – Ballet, Jazz & Tap

ages 6-9yrs

Combo offers an exciting blend of Ballet, Jazz, and Tap, catering to the diverse interests of young dancers. In this dynamic class, students will explore the grace and technique of ballet, the upbeat rhythms of jazz, and the percussive footwork of tap. Through a variety of exercises and choreography, dancers will develop their flexibility, strength, coordination, and musicality across multiple dance styles. With an emphasis on fun and creativity, this class encourages self-expression and builds confidence while providing a solid foundation in the three key genres of dance.

Hip Hop

ages 5 – Adult

Hip hop classes are high-energy sessions that fuse rhythm, groove, and urban dance styles. Designed to inspire creativity and self-expression, these classes teach students fundamental hip hop movements. With upbeat music and dynamic choreography, dancers develop agility, coordination, and confidence. Whether beginners or experienced dancers, participants enjoy a fun and inclusive environment where they can learn new skills and unleash their individuality on the dance floor. Music is carefully picked to be age appropriate for every level of dance!

Tumble & AcroDance

ages 5- Adult

Our Tumble Tots and AcroDance Classes blend gymnastics with dance, offering a dynamic fusion of athleticism and artistry. Students learn fundamental tumbling skills such as flips, rolls, and handstands, combined with fluid dance movements and choreography. These classes emphasize strength, flexibility, and balance, helping dancers develop core stability and agility. With a focus on safety and technique, instructors guide students through progressive levels of skill acquisition, fostering confidence and creativity in a supportive environment.

Ballet, Pre-Pointe & Pointe

ages 9+

Ballet, Pre-Pointe & Pointe classes offer a comprehensive journey through classical ballet technique, tailored for dancers of various levels. Ballet classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and grace through traditional exercises and elegant choreography. Pre-Pointe classes prepare aspiring dancers for the rigors of dancing en pointe, focusing on ankle strength, alignment, and proper technique in soft shoes. Pointe classes are for advanced dancers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to dance on pointe shoes, emphasizing technique refinement, artistry, and classical repertoire. These classes provide a structured progression that fosters discipline, poise, and a deep appreciation for the art of ballet.

Jazz & Lyrical

ages 9+

Our jazz and lyrical classes combines the dynamic energy of jazz with the expressive storytelling of lyrical dance. In this class, dancers explore syncopated rhythms, sharp movements, and stylized choreography characteristic of jazz, enhancing their technique and musicality. Lyrical dance adds emotional depth and fluidity, blending balletic grace with contemporary movement to interpret music and lyrics. Tap

ages 9+

Tap is a rhythmic and lively exploration of dance where dancers use their feet as percussive instruments. Through intricate footwork and syncopated rhythms, dancers learn to create intricate patterns and musicality, enhancing their coordination and timing. With a focus on technique and expression, tap classes offer a dynamic blend of tradition and creativity, encouraging dancers to develop their unique style and enjoy the infectious joy of making music with their feet.

Strength & Stretch

ages 9+

Strength & Stretch is designed to enhance dancers’ physical conditioning and flexibility. Through targeted exercises and stretches, dancers build core strength, improve muscular endurance, and enhance overall flexibility. This class focuses on developing balance, alignment, and muscular control to support dance technique and prevent injuries. Whether you’re looking to improve your extension, refine your posture, or increase your stamina, our Strength & Stretch Class provides a supportive environment where dancers of all levels can achieve their fitness goals and enhance their performance abilities.

Adult Dance & Fitness Classes
